Why Raise Disability Awareness in the Workplace?

Objectives of the Training
During this session, we addressed various types of disabilities:

Debilitating illnesses

Psychological

Hearing impairments

Intellectual and cognitive disabilities

“Dys” disorders (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia)

Visual impairments
This training allowed our teams to:

Gain a better understanding of disability-related issues

Discover practical tools to promote inclusion, such as the FALC method (Easy to Read and Understand) and workplace adjustments

Ask questions in a supportive setting and share their experiences
