The company Neuvistac, located near Lyon (69), joins the ALLPACK-EM2 duo. Neuvistac manufactures cardboard tubes (straight-wound or spiral-wound) and defense containers. The company is based in Dagneux-Montluel (01).

ALLPACK partners with the company EM2 (Emballage Moderne, founded in 1953), located near Nantes (44). EM2 manufactures cardboard tubes, defense containers, and provides foam machining services. The company is based in Ancenis. It also owns a thick-wall tube machine, opening up new development opportunities.

Acquisition of NEUVISTAC

William TAVERNIER acquires NEUVISTAC. He restructures the company and merges the two production units, relocating them to a single site in Caluire-et-Cuire (69).

ALLPACK relocates to Boissy-le-Cutté (91) to expand its production and storage areas and experiences rapid growth by developing its activity in industrial tubes and cores.

Creation of NEUVISTAC

NEUVIPAC merges with the company STAC (Société Technique d’Application du Carton), which had been operating for 19 years and was located in Aubenas (07). The merger of the two entities gives birth to NEUVISTAC.

ALLPACK joins the VERPACK Group (specialized in cardboard packaging), led by Jean-Claude and Stéphane VIERS. Alain KERBRAT is appointed General Manager of ALLPACK.

The company Emballage Moderne is acquired by Jean-François du PAYRAT and becomes EM2.

TUPAK France becomes ALLPACK

In the 1990s, expertise and skills were further strengthened: ALLPACK increasingly moved towards high-value-added products (composite boxes, fragrance cartons, canisters). In 1991, ALLPACK moved to Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois (91). In 1995, the company transformed from a limited liability company (S.A.R.L.) to a joint-stock company (S.A.). The slogan became "Allpack, packaging with infinite resources!"

Manufacturing of the tube with cap

To remain competitive, he quickly decided to invest in a spiral-winder to manufacture his own cardboard tubes and relocated to Antony (92). Two products were then produced: the TUPAK and the tube with cap. In 1974, he began diversifying with "piggy banks" and manually dressed tubes.

Jean-Pierre BARCO founds TUPAK France in Saint-Cloud (92) and names his company after the product he will semi-manufacture and market: the TUPAK (a cardboard tube distinguished by its unique sealed ends).
