Fun workshops for serious topics

Our teams took part in two main activities:

• Escape game « Near Miss » : Participants were immersed in an accident simulation, solving puzzles to understand the causes and propose preventive solutions. This interactive approach effectively raised awareness among our employees about occupational risks.

• Theatre Workshop « Workplace Harassment » : Professional actors staged real-life harassment situations, followed by in-depth discussions. This method encouraged a better understanding of the issues and consequences of harassment in the workplace.

A tailored approach for each site

Each of our locations in Paris, Lyon, and Nantes organized these workshops in a unique way, adapted to their specific environment. This customized approach strengthened engagement and relevance for our local teams.

Raising Awareness about Disability in the Workplace:

TUPACK is Committed to Inclusion

At TUPACK, we believe that building an inclusive and responsible company starts with values of respect and diversity. That’s why we recently organized a disability awareness training session, with the support of Aude ANDRIEU, head of the CSR consultancy D-Side Performance.

Why Raise Disability Awareness in the Workplace?

Disability can affect any of us at any point in our personal or professional lives.
Understanding the challenges and responding with practical tools helps build a company culture where everyone feels they belong.

Objectives of the Training

During this session, we addressed various types of disabilities:

• Physical

• Debilitating illnesses

• Psychological

• Hearing impairments

• Intellectual and cognitive disabilities

• “Dys” disorders (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia)

• Visual impairments

This training allowed our teams to:

• Gain a better understanding of disability-related issues

• Discover practical tools to promote inclusion, such as the FALC method (Easy to Read and Understand) and workplace adjustments

• Ask questions in a supportive setting and share their experiences

On October 31st, we celebrated Halloween — and the Allpack TUPACK offices were overrun by fantastic creatures!
Wizards, ghosts, and superheroes swapped their usual work attire for costumes more frightening (and creative) than ever.

It was a day filled with good humor and team spirit, where our teams proved they can turn cardboard not only into eco-friendly packaging, but also into works of art (Well done, Fred!).

Our teammates embraced the Halloween spirit with enthusiasm, making it a great opportunity to strengthen team cohesion and show that company spirit also means team spirit.
